Shipping policy

Click & Collect is available from our Greek Cargo store at 343 Homer Street, Earlwood NSW 2206. Once your order is placed, we will advise when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24-48 hours. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. If you prefer kerbside pick up let us know by phoning us at 0410598857.

SHIPPING

Free shipping for orders over $300, within Australia, and under 5kg in weight. 

Flat $15 shipping rate for orders within Australia under $300, and under 5kg in weight. For orders over 5kg, shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

All hampers incur a $20 freight charge within Australia.

Where possible, we post within 2-3 business days of receiving payment of your order.  If you’re ordering within Australia, your order should arrive between 4 to 10 business days.

IMPORTANT

PRE-ORDER:  Please be mindful of a delivery time at the time of order, as some items are hand-made for you and will be coming from Greece.  Due to the handmaking nature of some items, they may take 6-8 weeks from the time of order, to arrive. With pre-order items, we will advise the approximate date of arrival in the product description.  However, International postage and couriers are beyond our control, and we cannot take responsibility for delayed shipment due to freight issues. 

We take care to wrap and protect your product/s from any damage when shipping your order. All items leave the store in good working order.  We are not responsible if your items are damaged or lost whilst in transit.  If your item arrives damaged or has not been delivered, please contact the shipper and quote the tracking number we provide you.   For more information, please refer to our Returns/Exchange Policy.

Your purchase will be wrapped with our signature wrapping. Where possible, we use recycled cardboard boxes when posting items to reduce the impact on our environment and landfill.  

OVERSIZED/BULKY ITEMS

Additional shipping surcharges apply for oversized items including furniture and artwork. This charge depends on the delivery location and size of the items. Shipping will NOT be included at checkout for these items, once your order has been placed we will contact you to organise pickup from Earlwood NSW 2206 or quote for delivery. Oversized/bulky items will be noted in the product descriptions.
