Refund policy

Returns, Refunds Exchanges and Credits

Please choose carefully as once the order has been placed, we do not offer refunds.  We do offer an exchange as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.  The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and with tags intact.  The postage for the returned item and the postage for the item that it has been exchanged will be at the customer's expense.  Unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If something is faulty on arrival, please send us an email at info@greekcargo.com.au with a photograph of the item(s) or call us on 0410598857.  We will replace/exchange or offer a credit note or refund, as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.  All items returned must be in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Postage will be refunded when faulty goods are returned. An exchange/credit/refund will be issued after we have received the faulty item/s. We will cover postage for the return of the faulty item. Please note we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit by the carrier.  If this occurs, you will need to contact the carrier/shipper and quote your tracking number provided to you.

Items on Sale

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items on sale. Sale items are sold as-is. If you would like more information about a product, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.

Change of Mind

We do our best to photograph colours as close as possible. Some photos are provided to us by our suppliers, and some computers and mobile phones show colours differently.  We cannot be held responsible if the item colour shows differently on your computer or phone. If you are not sure of a colour or design, please call us to discuss and we will do all we can to give you as much information about the product. Please select carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do, however, offer you an exchange, as long as the product is returned to us within 14 days from the date of receivership, in its original condition, unworn or unused. Return postage is at the sender's expense. Items must be returned first before a replacement item can be sent. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem that the item has been worn or used. Postage of the replacement item will be at the customer's expense.
