How long does my order take to arrive?
If we have it in stock, we aim to wrap and send your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. We use Australia Post or Sendle, so often it depends on how long those courier companies take to deliver - usually it will be 3-5days from the date of postage.
However, some items that are made to order in Greece will take a little longer to arrive. Some artisans may take 3-4 weeks to complete your order. If this is the case, we will mention this in the product description. Because most items are hand made, you know you are getting something special. It is worth the wait.
What if i want something but it is out of stock?
If a product you love is out of stock, please contact us via our email, info@greekcargo.com.au and we will let you know when it is due back in stock or provide you with an alternative option.
Is everything made in Greece?
Our products are made in Greece by Greek Artisans. We also work with local Greek-Australian Artisans not only to support local businesses, but because we have a wonderul Greek Artisanal talent in Australia. We also stock Greek inspired pieces.
What does Ellinaki mean?
Ellinaki translated, means little Greek. I decided to brand this collection Ellinaki for the little Greek in all of us. Whether you have visited Greece, are of Greek descent, or married to a Greek, there is a little bit of Ellinaki in us all.
Will you be expanding your range of Greek products?
Absolutely! We are always on the lookout for Greek artisanal product in all genres. There are lots of beautiful, talented Greek designers out there. We will find them and bring them to you.

Yes. If you would like your purchase gift wraped please either send us an email on info@greekcargo.com.au or leave us a message at checkout. Gift wrapping is free.
