PRE-ORDER YOUR VASILOPITA PACK - NEXT DELIVERY END OF SEPTEMBER

A new and special kit for baking your Vasilopita cake at Christmas. 

Each kit comes with tea towel, Saint Basil stencil, recipe card and information sheet on St Basil.  The stencil has been designed in house by Marina from The Spirit of St Thomas, and is made from flexible but durable PVA material. 

Vasilopita tea towel is made from quality waffle fabric by CAWLIFE . Tea towel measures 69cm x 49cm. 

The stencil design fits perfectly on a 25-26cm spring form pan. 

Enjoy creating a beautiful Saint Basil design with your icing sugar. 

Flouri (Vasilopita gold coin) from Greece (also known as the lucky coin) is optional and additional cost $5.  Gold coin can also be purchased separately.

Traditionally the gold coin is baked into the Vasilopita and the person who gets the slice with the gold coin has good luck for the whole year.
